1. What should I do if the app is not connecting to my TV?
- Make sure your phone and TV are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
- Ensure that the app is updated to the latest version from the Play Store.
- Check that your TV or streaming device is also updated to the latest version.
- If you’re using a VPN, please turn it off, as it may interfere with the connection.
2. How do I know if my TV is compatible?
- Most smart TVs that support Wi-Fi connectivity are compatible.
- Check if your TV and phone are connected to the same Wi-Fi.
- Make sure your TV is powered on.
- Compatibility may vary by TV model and operating system.
3. Why is the remote not responding?
- Restart the app and try again.
- Restart your TV to refresh the connection.
- If the issue persists, try forgetting and then reconnecting to your Wi-Fi network.
4. How do I cancel my subscription?
- Open the Google Play Store and tap your profile icon.
- Go to Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- Find the subscription and tap Cancel subscription, then follow the steps.
- Note: Uninstalling the app does not cancel the subscription. You may still have access until the end of the paid period.
